Redeveloping Purpose in the Mist of COVID-19

Since COVID-19 started, I have been in response mode - scenario planning, putting out mini fires, and discussing what the future holds. During these times, it can be difficult to keep purpose at the forefront of your day-to-day work. In collaboration with Teach X and Co-Create, Profound Gentlemen has put together a workshop to help us reconnect to the big picture.

On May 20th at 4pm, we are hosting a Community Circle to explore how we can become more grounded in spirit and purpose through storytelling.

During the 60 minute workshop, Kofi Ksa will begin the session by grounding us in a guided meditation and share strategies for incorporating spirit and purpose into daily life.

Afterwards, participants will engage in the Success Analysis Protocol, during which you will craft a story that uncovers the spirit and purpose of your organization’s work. Monique Nunnally, founder of TeachX, and Jen Owen, founder of Co-Created, will join me in moderating these conversations.

The Community Circle, we will have two goals. We want you to:
  • Feel rejuvenated and grounded with a sense of purpose
  • Leave with a story of success for your organization and examples of ways to leverage your success story to stay grounded in your purpose and share your impact
As organization leaders, I believe it’s important for us to prioritize the purpose that drives our work and I would love to invite you to the Circle to share your story and to build with other leaders.

Thanks again and I hope you have an opportunity to build with us.

PS: Please invite folk and share out!
